Draft Assessment: James
James has so many positive qualities that he seems almost too good to be true. He’s intelligent, athletic, level-headed, and an all-around solid dude. He was even a sprinter for Harvard Track and Field, and compares himself to Yul Kwon (winner of Survivor: Cook Islands), one of the most underrated Survivor winners. If he plays like Yul Kwon, James will be fierce competition in this game. The question is whether or not James will be able to get his hands dirty and backstab people when necessary. Also, he may be targeted because he poses such a threat as a player with both physical and intellectual prowess.
Bottom line: James has the chops to get to the end on his own merits, and if he does, he could become Sole Survivor. However, will his tribemates let him get that far? Regardless, he will probably win some challenge points due to his sprinting abilities.
